Caribbean Carnival Parade 2016: Flatbush Tenant Coalition-Style

For some, it was a chance to spend a day at the beach; while others took full advantage of the ironic day-off and hosted backyard barbecues.

But for the Flatbush Tenant Coalition, Labor Day 2016 was an opportunity to empower NYC rent-regulated tenants, show solidarity, and to have some fun celebrating all of the different cultures that converge at the annual Caribbean Carnival Parade on Eastern Parkway.
